It gives me immense pleasure to share this message on behalf of the Netball Association of Assam. Our association was founded with a clear vision — to promote and nurture the sport of netball in every district of our culturally rich and diverse state. Over the years, we have strived to create a solid foundation for this dynamic sport, starting from grassroots initiatives to state and national-level representation.

Netball is more than just a game. It is a medium that fosters discipline, teamwork, resilience, and leadership — qualities that empower individuals both on and off the court. We have witnessed firsthand how the sport can positively shape the lives of young boys and girls, helping them grow in confidence and character.

Through our continued efforts, we aim to reach every corner of Assam — from urban centers to the most remote villages — ensuring that talent is identified, encouraged, and given the platform it deserves. We are actively conducting training camps, inter-district tournaments, and awareness programs in schools and colleges, while also working closely with coaches and officials to enhance the standard of the game.

Our dream is to see Assam become a leading force in Indian netball. With the passionate involvement of our players, the dedication of our team, and the support of stakeholders and the community, I truly believe this dream is within our reach.
